All Body Mind Spirit Yoga Classes begin with a mindful centering through guided
breathing exercises and meditation.
Seated stretches provide a gentle but thorough warm-up readying students
for a natural flow of poses. Classes include a well-rounded variety of yoga
postures: standing, seated,
kneeling, twists, backbends, supine and inversions. Students are encouraged to listen to and respect the wisdom
of their own body. Appropriate
modifications and extensions are offered to ensure your personal experience is
both safe and challenging. Each
class concludes with deep relaxation and peaceful meditation to leave you
feeling renewed and inspired.

Saturday Mornings 9:00-10:30AM Wake-UP Yoga - a great start to the weekend
Good for all experience levels. With Morning Wake-UP Yoga, we place an emphasis on
energizing breath work and sun salutations. This class warms the body and the heart.
