A certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor and a Reiki Master, Jim has been a practitioner of Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Philosophy since 1996.
Jim studied Iyengar Yoga with Ras Mulhultra, and became a member of Paramahansa Yogananda's Self-Realization Fellowship.
Studied Meditation and Yoga Philosophy at the American Meditation Center in Averill Park NY, and the Bhagavad Gita at the Hindu Temple in Loudonville NY.
Jim received Certification at the Kripalu Center in Lenox MA, and is a Member of the Kripalu Yoga Teachers Association.
Jim is a certified Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master and Healer.
